The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom provides 3 single beds, ideal for families or small groups. Our nightly rate includes 2 guests, each additional guest is $40/night additional. (This is a very strict policy.) We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property.

November 1 - February 1 no fishing is allowed from the banks or in the water along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2  per TVA due to the spawning season between. Fishing on other parts of the South Holston River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
