Each additional person is $40 per night, this is a very strict policy. Max 7 people.  

Play a game of Horse Shoe by day and enjoy an evening by the South Holston River roasting marshmallows at the Fire Pit, firewood included. This unit also boosts an outdoor shower in the warmer months.

Shuttle service available for hire to get up and down the river to/from your vehicle/boat. Ask for details
